How to Return a Product:

Contact us via support@tryemsense.com or submit a request within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide a brief description of the product and the reason for your return. If the product is damaged or defective, include clear photos to help us expedite the process.
Approval and Packaging: After your return request is approved, securely package the item(s) and send them to the return address provided. Please email us the return tracking number to ensure prompt processing of your refund.

The return address does not give customers an automatic right to return received goods without prior notice, confirmation, and approval from our customer support.

All returns must follow the official returns procedure, which requires the customer to first contact customer support via the Return Request form for review and approval. This ensures a smooth return process and proper handling of your request.

Return Conditions:

Product State: Items must be returned unopened, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, unless they are defective.
Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Processing Time:

Return Transit: Returns typically arrive at our warehouse within 14 to 30 days, depending on your location.
Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 7 days. If the item is not as described (e.g., opened, used, or not defective as claimed), the refund may be declined.
