How to Return a Product:
- Contact us via support@tryemsense.com or submit a request within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide a brief description of the product and the reason for your return. If the product is damaged or defective, include clear photos to help us expedite the process.
- Approval and Packaging: After your return request is approved, securely package the item(s) and send them to the return address provided. Please email us the return tracking number to ensure prompt processing of your refund.

- Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

- Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 7 days. If the item is not as described (e.g., opened, used, or not defective as claimed), the refund may be declined.
